My Daughter’s Favorite Baby Alive Dolls Are on Sale During Prime Day
Following in the footsteps of her grandmothers, my 5-year-old daughter, Hazel, is a baby doll fanatic. Her room — packed with strollers, bunk beds, and bins of clothes and accessories — looks like a daycare for tiny children. Hazel loves any doll, but her favorites are Baby Alive dolls, which were originally created by Hasbro in the 1970s and reintroduced for a new generation in 2006.
Why does my daughter love the Baby Alive Dino Cuties?
I love encouraging my daughter to play with the Baby Alive Dino Cuties because I can see how it taps into her creative, imaginative, and nurturing self. They’re also on sale during Amazon Prime Day so I can stock up on a few more.
Because I have an insatiable Baby Alive lover in the house, I’m always on the lookout for good deals that help me stock my “mom closet” with all of her favorites as well as gifts for the million birthday parties she gets invited to. Just in time, Amazon Prime Day promises great deals on a bunch of Baby Alive goodies.

This year, I’ll be adding the Baby Alive Dino Cuties to my cart. Usually these adorable dolls retail for up to $22.99, but they’re heavily discounted during Prime Day, so I can afford to get more than one at a time. The prices for each one (Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, and Stegosaurus) are different depending on which dino you’re shopping for, but they’re all solid deals.
We’ve been talking about these dolls for a while, so I know they’ll be a hit. There are three dolls in the Dino Cuties collection, and each one comes with its own removable dinosaur-inspired onesie. But the best part — the payoff, the feature that Hazel inexplicably loves? The dolls come with their own egg-shaped water bottle and diaper, so her doll really drinks and “pees.” The wonders of life!
I love encouraging Hazel to play with dolls because I can see how she taps into her creativity, imagining herself as a nurturing mother. And it doesn’t hurt that she spends large amounts of quiet time playing with them contentedly in her room while I do the actual business of being a nurturing mother!
In addition to the Dino Cuties, I’ll probably snag a pack of diapers (as they’re the funnest part, according to Hazel) and maybe a few of the Foodie Cuties — a smaller Baby Alive with its own carrying case that’s perfect for a Baby Alive lover on the go!
