Toy Story is an OG Disney classic, still loved by kids today, but all of a sudden Buzz and Woody’s names are back in the zeitgeist more than usual. Why? The original movie is about to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its release, on November 22. (Can you believe it came out in 1995?)

While you can celebrate on your own by watching movies one through four, in typical Disney fashion the brand also has huge plans to help you commemorate the big day. They’re rereleasing the first Toy Story movie in select theaters, and sharing some early images and plot details (it’s all about Jessie!) for Toy Story 5, which is set for a June 2026 release.

Additionally Disney has launched new, limited-edition merch. These toys were specially created to commemorate the 30th anniversary and, naturally, people are already freaking out over them.

Some toys are going fast — a Buzz Lightyear talking action figure is already on backorder, for example — but you can still get your hands on a few fun characters to surprise the kids in your life.

These are our favorites — and, while you’re at it, you can pick up some nostalgic goodies for yourself too, like a sweet mug or commemorative ornament to remind you of the magic of when you got your very first glimpse of Andy’s bedroom.

Toy Story ''Black Tie'' Action Figure Set
$40

Buzz Lightyear Limited Release Talking Action Figure
$50

Yes, this is technically on backorder (shipping on 11/10), but that’s only because it’s really cool. This talking action figure features Buzz Lightyear in a unique silver uniform, with light-up elements to make playtime extra special. Buzz also comes packaged in a rocket ship box that’s definitely too fun to toss in the recycling bin.

Bo Peep Limited Edition Doll with Light-Up Box
$160

This is probably for someone more interested in collectibles than little kid playtime (and the price definitely reflects that). Disney only made 3,900 of these Bo Peep toys, which come in special light-up packaging. Bo Peep’s dress is intricate, with embroidered polka-dots and lace trim, and she’s accompanied by her three sheep, Billy, Goat, and Gruff.
