Let’s be real, if you’ve spent any time shopping for organizing ideas, you’ve probably come across the iconic IKEA SKÅDIS pegboard. First released in the U.S. in 2019, it’s become a classic way to both display memories and hold desk supplies or other household items.

The organizer has traditionally been offered only in white, wood, and black. But IKEA just debuted a new dual-sided option in beige and pink.

The two-toned board can be displayed with either the beige or pink side facing forward. Or, if you use it as a divider between two spaces, you can hang items on either side. It comes in multiple sizes including 14”x22”,  22”x22”, and 30”x22”.

The pink colorway is already making a splash on TikTok, with this video from creator Raya (@raya.kiza):

Raya uses the board as a trinket holder displaying lip balms, Labubus (duh!), a planner, pens, jewelry, and even a mini bag. It’s the ultimate pink showcase. One person even commented, “I had a white version of this years ago omg they have pink now?!?!”

While you can certainly use this pegboard to eliminate desk clutter (check out this before-and-after that turns a simple desk nook into a neat freak’s dream), it can also be repurposed as a jewelry holder, craft supply board, or a drop zone for your keys and sunglasses.

One Apartment Therapy staffer used it as an “out-the-door” station to hold everything they needed before leaving the house, and it cut down on their morning routine by 20 minutes.

As a college student myself, I’m a big fan of the IKEA Raskog Utility Cart, and learning that you can attach the peg board to the sides for additional storage totally blew my mind. IKEA is that girl. The opportunities are endless.
