No rug that has been more on my mind lately than IKEA’s NICKGRÄS rug. This cheery rug, which comes in two sizes — 5’7” x 7’10” or 6’7” x 9’10” for $399 or $599, respectively — has been on my wish list for quite some time. But now that it’s officially marked as “last chance to buy” — the IKEA sign that they’re going to discontinue something soon — it may finally be time to take the plunge.

This gorgeous rug has a cream-colored background, with design and colors inspired by Swedish folklore. It’s a flatwoven, wool rug, complete with a brick red border and designs of flowers, chickens, and greenery in blues, yellows, greens, and reds. Cute and cheery, I can see it anchoring any room in the home, especially a kid’s room. If you love it as much as I do, grab it now before it’s gone!
