We at Apartment Therapy Media and our three brands — Apartment Therapy, Kitchn, and Cubby — are deeply grieved over the shocking gun violence of the past weeks. We mourn for the victims of the Buffalo supermarket shooting, the Laguna Woods church shooting, and those of the Uvalde school tragedy. We also mourn for the thousands of others who have been killed in mass shootings — a daily reality for far too long.

Our brands’ mission is to help everyone enjoy happy, healthy lives at home — but no one can live a healthy life when they do not feel safe in their own communities. As a family of brands, we support policies of gun safety that make our country a healthier, safer place to live. To demonstrate that support we are making a donation to Everytown for Gun Safety.

VOTE for candidates who align with your gun-safety values, and urge them to actively support these values.
