Rosa Jackson

Rosa Jackson runs the cooking school Les Petits Farcis in Nice, France, focusing on its Mediterranean-inspired local cuisine. Born in Canada, she fell in love with French food while living in Paris as a child. Her insatiable curiosity about French cuisine eventually led her back to France, where she worked as an interpreter at the Cordon Bleu cooking school, became restaurant editor at Time Out Paris, and founded the food tour company Edible Paris. She has been based in Nice for the past 16 years, and is writing a southern French cookbook for W.W. Norton, to be published in 2023.
